Event Subscriptions streamline the management of learner records by automatically creating, returning, or deleting a Break in Learning across integrated platforms such as Eportfolio, Onefile, and Tracker ILR. This automation ensures consistency and reduces manual data entry across systems.
Available Break in Learning Events
The following events are triggered based on learner activity and are automatically synced across the relevant platforms:

ℹ️Important Notes
- You will only see Onefile products that your organisation has purchased.
- Break in learning events only apply to learner records created using Event Subscriptions.
- Return and delete events also only apply to records created via Event Subscriptions.
- If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres.
