Event Subscriptions allow you to automatically transfer a learner’s RPL Skills Scan into Eportfolio, where it is saved as their first scorecard. This helps ensure that key learner data is seamlessly shared between your Onefile products.

How It Works
- If the Create Learner in Eportfolio event is enabled (from either Enrol or RPL), and the Transfer Skills Scan event is also enabled, the Skills Scan will be transferred to Eportfolio at the same time as the learner record is created.
ℹ️Important Notes
- Product Visibility: You’ll only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
- Multi-Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres.
