Overview
The Create Tutor event automates the creation of tutor and assessor accounts across your Onefile products. When a tutor is created in Enrol or RPL—or an assessor is created in Eportfolio—the system automatically syncs and creates the corresponding tutor/assessor record in the connected Onefile products your organisation owns. This ensures consistent tutor data and reduces manual setup across multiple platforms.
Available Create Tutor Events
The following events are triggered when a tutor or assessor is created:

Important Notes
- Product Visibility: You will only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
- Multi‑Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes to Event Subscriptions in any centre apply to all Eportfolio centres.
- Event Scope: Create Tutor events apply only to records created via Event Subscriptions.
