Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Event Subscriptions - Transfer Skills Scan

Overview

Event Subscriptions allow you to automatically transfer a learner’s RPL Skills Scan into Onefile Eportfolio. When enabled, the Skills Scan is saved as the learner’s first scorecard, ensuring consistent and seamless data sharing across your Onefile products.

How It Works

If the Create Learner in Eportfolio event is enabled (triggered by Enrol or RPL), and the Transfer Skills Scan event is also enabled, the Skills Scan will be transferred at the same time that the learner record is created in Eportfolio.

The transferred Skills Scan will automatically appear in the learner’s Scorecards area as their first completed scorecard.

Important Notes

  • Product Visibility: You will only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
  • Multi‑Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, any changes to Event Subscriptions will apply to all centres.
