Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Event Subscriptions - Create Employer Manager

Overview

The Create Employer Manager event automates the creation of key employer and manager roles across your integrated Onefile products — Eportfolio, RPL, ILR, and Enrol.

When activity occurs in one product your organisation owns, the relevant employer or manager records are created automatically in connected systems. This ensures consistent data, reduces manual processing, and supports seamless cross‑platform workflows.

Available Create Employer Manager Events

The following events are triggered automatically when employer‑related records are created:

Important Notes

  • You will only see Onefile products that your organisation has purchased.
  • If you manage multiple Eportfolio Centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one Centre will apply to all Centres.
  • Event Subscriptions support data consistency but do not overwrite existing records.
