Overview
Event Subscriptions allow your Onefile products to automatically update a learner’s record when activity occurs in another Onefile product your organisation owns. This ensures learner information stays consistent, accurate, and synchronised across your entire Onefile suite.
Available Update Learner Events

Important Notes
- Product Visibility: You will only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
- Event Scope: Update learner events only apply to learner records originally created using Event Subscriptions.
- Multi‑Centre Management: If your organisation manages multiple Eportfolio centres, any changes made to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres.
