Event Subscriptions allow you to automatically update a learner’s record in your Onefile products, triggered by activity in another Onefile product you own. This ensures learner data stays consistent and up to date across your organisation’s Onefile suite.

ℹ️Important Notes
- Product Visibility: You’ll only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
- Event Scope: Update learner events only apply to learner records created using Event Subscriptions.
- Multi-Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres.
