If the link to verify your email address has expired, you can generate a new verification email by following these steps:
- Log into your account
- Click your name in the top right corner
- Click Profile
- Click the Email Preferences tab
- Click the Resend Email button
If there is a tick [✔] in the Verified column, your email address has already been verified.
If your unable to login, I would advise trying to reset your password. To reset your password, please click here and enter your email address.
You will receive a password reset email confirming your username and a link allowing you to change your password. Please be aware that the link will expire 1 hour after being generated.
If you use your email address to log in click on Click here to reset password on the email under Keychain.
If you didn't receive a password reset email:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder to see if the email has been blocked. The email will be coming from "[email protected]"
- Your email address hasn't been linked to your account. You will need to contact the company providing your training. OneFile staff can't add or change the email address registered against your account or change your password.
