How to set user online status and out of office message

OneFile users can set their own Online User Status and Out of Office message.

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • All OneFile Eportfolio users

To set your own User Status, follow the below steps:

  1. Login to account
  2. Click your name on the top right of your screen
  3. Click Set Status
  4. Click  Show my online status (Left - off/ Right -on)
  5. Click Status
  6. Add Out of Office Message if required
  7. Click Save
