Software Update: Thursday 16th May 2024
On Thursday, we're updating Enrol, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.
Enhancements
Enrol
- When setting up a reminder notification, it is now possible to define an expiry time frame for when to stop sending reminders.
- Within the Review Form page it is now possible to Stop reminders being sent for any form that has a status of "Not Started”, Started and Returned
- When attaching reminders to an email, it is now possible to define an expiry time period
- The DOB and ULN have been added to the Learner Search drop down
- The Learners ULN and DOB have been added to the Main Learners grid
- A new filter has been added to the Learners Screen. It is now possible to filter by the Enrolment Status
- The address fields of a learner have been relabeled to Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 from Building and Street. This change is in the Learners Record and also in the Form Creation when using the pre populated fields
- A change has been made when creating a Learners Record. The fields are no longer mandatory at the time of creating the record. It is now possible to save the record without all the information. Please Note - That in order to mark the learner as complete. All the fields are still required
Fixes
Enrol
- There was an issue that reminders where still being sent to a learner that had been deleted. This has now been resolved and reminders will no longer be sent
Can you advise how we select to stop the reminders? I have a form allocated to a learner, status it 'not started' however there is no option to 'stop reminders'
