How to Log In to Your Account

Overview

All users can access their Onefile accounts by visiting the login page or using a direct login link. Follow the steps below to sign in quickly and securely.

Step 1: Enter Your Email Address

  • Use the email address associated with your Onefile account.

Step 2: Enter Your Password

  • Double‑check for any typos.
  • Ensure Caps Lock is turned off.

Step 3: Click the Login Button

  • You will be redirected to your account dashboard once authentication is successful.

Troubleshooting

Incorrect login detailsTry resetting your password or verifying you used the correct email.
Login page not loadingCheck your internet connection or try a different browser.

✅ Tip: If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to reset it.
