Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

Why haven’t I (or another user) received email alerts?

If you aren't receiving email alerts from OneFile, this could be due to:

An incorrect email address on your account

To check your email address, follow the steps below:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Profile
  3. Click Email Preferences
    • If the email address is incorrect, click Remove
    • To add a new email address, click Add new email and enter the correct email address
Incorrectly configured Email alert settings

It could be that your email alert settings need tweaking. To check your email alert settings click here.

Emails being filtered into your junk/spam folder

Check your junk/spam folder to make sure the emails haven't been blocked. Email alerts are sent from [email protected] and [email protected]

If using a company email address, it might be worth contacting your IT team to request that they whitelist the @onefile.co.uk email domain.
