Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

How do I verify my Email Address?

If you've just added an email address to your profile, you will be sent an email from [email protected], similar to the one shown below.

Once the link has been clicked, your email address will be verified for your OneFile account, provided that the link hasn't expired.

If the link has expired, follow the steps below to resend a verfication email:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Profile
  3. Click Email Preferences
  4. Click Resend Email

The "Resend Email" option will also appear automatically every time you log in, until your email address is verified or removed.

Verified!

If there's a check mark icon in the "verified" column, your email address has already been successfully verfied.
