Software Update: Monday 18th August 2025
Today, we are introducing two updates to improve accuracy and save time in Enrol. RPL figures are now read-only if provided by OneFile RPL via the events system. In addition, when you add a practical period start date, Enrol will now automatically calculate the end date for you if a duration is already recorded.
Improvements to existing features
RPL Figures are Now Read-Only
If the duration, statutory leave entitlement, contractual hours, or planned off-the-job hours have been shared from OneFile RPL via the events system, they will now be read-only in Enrol. This ensures the information stays consistent and can't be edited by mistake.
Automatic Practical Period End Date Calculation
When you enter a practical period start date, Enrol will now automatically calculate the end date for you—if a duration is already recorded. This removes manual calculations and helps reduce errors.
