Event Subscriptions – Create Learner Record

Overview

Event Subscriptions allow you to automatically create a learner’s record in your Onefile applications, triggered by activity in another Onefile aplication your organisation owns. This streamlines learner management and ensures information stays synchronised across your Onefile suite.

Important Notes

  • Application Visibility: You will only see the Onefile applications your organisation has purchased.
  • Multi‑Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes to Event Subscriptions in one centre apply to all associated centres.
  • Tutor Assignment: Learners will only be created in RPL from Enrol once a tutor is assigned in Enrol.
  • Correct Employer & Tutor: The learner must be linked to an employer and tutor who belong to the destination centre.
  • Active Users: Both the employer and tutor must be active users in Eportfolio.
