On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce a new enhancement.  

Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

The assessment date must be equal to or greater than the OneFile start date

You'll receive this message when trying to complete an assessment if the assessment is dated before the learners start date. 

To resolve this the user who the assessment was started by can follow the steps below:

  1. Open the assessment
  2. Change the assessment date to or after the start date (shown on the error)
  3. Click Save and Quit
  4. Reopen the assessment
  5. Check the date has changed and saved
  6. Completed the assessment
A Centre Manager can resolve these by following the steps below:
  1. Log in as Centre Manager
  2. Click this banner at the top of the page
  3. Then click Resolve next to each learner and assessment
