RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Invite an Assessor to an Assessment

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Learners

  Centre Setting

  • Allow learners who have created their own assessment to select which assessor to send to
  • Allow learners to invite assessors to assess their evidence

To invite an Assessor temporarily to assess your evidence/assessments, please follow the following steps:

  1. Click Change assessor at the bottom of the assessment page
  2. Select Invite New Assessor from the drop-down list
  3. Enter in the email address for your invited Assessor and click Check
    1. If there is no account, you will need to enter their first name, last name, reconfirm the email address and then click Continue
    2. If the user already has an account, you will be able to tick the checkbox next to their name and then click Continue
  4. Sign assessment
  5. Click Save & Quit


Accepting Invitation

  • Your Default Assessor will receive a task to accept the invited Assessor - this is a security check to make sure the invited user should have access to your assessment 
  • Once accepted, the invited Assessor will receive an email to accept the invitation. 
  • Once they have accepted their invitation, they will then receive their login details
