Event Subscriptions – Update Enrolment Status

Event Subscriptions allow you to automatically update a learner’s enrolment status in Enrol, triggered by activity in RPL. This ensures that enrolment statuses remain accurate and up to date across your Onefile products.

How It Works

  • The enrolment status in Enrol can be updated to:
    • RPL Successful
    • RPL Unsuccessful
  • If the RPL status is Unsuccessful, the enrolment status can also be updated to Withdrawn.

ℹ️Important Notes

  • Product Visibility: You’ll only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
  • Event Scope: Enrolment status events only apply to learner records created using Event Subscriptions.
  • Multi-Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres.
