Overview
Event Subscriptions can automatically update a learner’s enrolment status in Enrol when specific activity occurs in RPL. This ensures enrolment statuses remain accurate and synchronised across your Onefile products without manual intervention.
Available Update Enrolment Status Events

How It Works
When an RPL record is finalised, the learner’s enrolment status in Enrol can be automatically updated to:
- RPL Successful
- RPL Unsuccessful
If the RPL result is Unsuccessful, the enrolment status can also be updated to Withdrawn.
Important Notes
- Product Visibility: Only the Onefile products purchased by your organisation will appear.
- Event Scope: Update Enrolment Status events apply only to learners originally created using Event Subscriptions.
- Multi‑Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, any change to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres automatically.
