Event Subscriptions allow you to automatically update a learner’s enrolment status in Enrol, triggered by activity in RPL. This ensures that enrolment statuses remain accurate and up to date across your Onefile products.
Available Update Enrolment Status Events

How It Works
- The enrolment status in Enrol can be updated to:
- RPL Successful
- RPL Unsuccessful
- If the RPL status is Unsuccessful, the enrolment status can also be updated to Withdrawn.
ℹ️Important Notes
- Product Visibility: You’ll only see the Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
- Event Scope: Enrolment status events only apply to learner records created using Event Subscriptions.
- Multi-Centre Management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one centre will apply to all centres.
