User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
If a learner is started a new qualification, we advise creating a new episode and then archiving the old episode.
Once the previous episode is archived, the seat will become available again.
To create a new episode, follow the steps below:
- Click Users
- Click Episodes
- Click create new episode
- Enter details
- Click Save
To archive the previous episode, follow the guidance here
Kindly note the new episode will have a new username which will be automatically added to the learner keychain if you have the below setting enabled on your centre.
Alternatively you can send the learner their login details by following the below steps:
- Navigate to the learner account
- Click Email
- Click OK
