  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager 
  • User Manager
  • Assessor with permissions
  • Trainee Assessor with permissions
  • Internal Verifier with permissions

  Permissions

Can manage learner accounts

To assign a learner to a class or change the class they assigned to, follow the steps below: 

  1. Navigate to the Learner portfolio 
  2. Click Episode tab 
  3. Click Class dropdown menu 
  4. Select the class
  5. Click Save
