Overview
The Learners section allows administrators and users to manage learner records and monitor learner progress through onboarding workflows. Learner records bring together key information, including personal details, programme details, employer links, and onboarding status.
Learners can be assigned to programmes and workflows to ensure they complete the correct onboarding steps in the correct order. Progress is automatically tracked, providing visibility into completed and outstanding onboarding requirements.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
- Users
Steps to Create users
- Click Learners
- Click Create Learners
- Enter learner details
- Click Create User
✅ Tip: An email will be sent to the learner and employer with their onboarding details. An Employer must be already imported/created before a learner can be created.
