Create a learner within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

The Learners section allows Administrators and Users to create and manage learner records within Enrol Onboarding. Learner profiles contain key information such as personal details, employer links, programme details and onboarding progress.

The maximum funding and Total Negotiated Price fields are available against the learners programme record and also displayed on forms. If RPL is used then the TNP field is updated automatically from RPL and the field is read-only.

The maximum funding is read only based on the learners learning aim.

Once created, learners can be assigned to programmes and workflows to ensure they complete the correct onboarding steps in the correct order. Progress is tracked automatically so you can monitor completed and outstanding requirements.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admin
  • User

Steps

How to Create a Learner

  1. Click Learners from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Create Learner.
  3. Enter the learner’s required details.
  4. Click Create User to finish.

✔️ Tip: An email will be sent to both the learner and the employer with their onboarding details. An employer must be created or imported before a learner can be created.

Tips & Notes

  • Ensure all learner details are correct before submitting.
  • Once created, the learner can be added to a programme and assigned an onboarding workflow.
  • If the learner does not receive their onboarding email, ask them to check spam/junk folders.
