Overview
User accounts can be permanently deleted from Enrol Onboarding when they are no longer required or have been created in error. Deleting a user removes the record completely and cannot be undone. Only users with no linked learners can be deleted.

Steps
How to Delete a User
- Click Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the three dots next to the user you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Click Delete User on the confirmation pop-up.
✔️ Tip: Only users with no learners assigned can be deleted. If the user has linked learners, use the Archive option instead.
Tips & Notes
- Deleted user accounts cannot be restored — proceed with caution.
- If a user must be removed but has assigned learners, archive the user instead.
- Ensure the user’s responsibilities have been reassigned before deleting.
