Overview
Assigning users allows Admins to link user accounts together within Enrol Onboarding. This is often used to establish hierarchies, such as assigning an assessor to a user or linking staff for workflow visibility.

Steps
How to Assign Users
- Click Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the three dots next to the user you wish to assign from.
- Select View.
- Click Assign Users.
- Select the user you wish to assign.
- Click Assign.
Tips & Notes
- Assigned users are linked within the user hierarchy for visibility and workflow management.
- You can assign multiple users if required.
- If a user does not appear in the list, ensure they have been created or imported into Enrol Onboarding first.
