Overview
The Users section within Enrol Onboarding allows Admins to set up and manage user accounts, update user information and maintain account hierarchies.
This ensures users have the correct level of access to support their learners effectively.

User Roles
The table below outlines the roles available in Enrol Onboarding and their access levels:

| Admin | Full access to the system, including workflows, settings, users, and interactions |
| Tutor | Access to create and assigned learners and related tasks and employers only |
Key Functions Available
| Action | Description | Available To |

| Import Users | Import user accounts from another Onefile product to maintain linked records | Admin |
| Create Users | Create new users who do not already have an Eportfolio account | Admin |
| View | View user details, assigned learners, and user hierarchy | Admin |
| Edit | Update personal details (Tutors can edit their learner and employer only details) | Admin / Tutor |
| Archive | Deactivate a user and remove them from active lists (Tutors can archive their learner and employer only) | Admin / Tutor |
| Delete | Permanently remove a user from the system | Admin |
| Assign Users | Create and manage user hierarchy | Admin |
Tutor Permissions
Tutors can carry out the following actions for their assigned learners and Employers:

| Employers | Create, Edit, View, Archive |
| Learners | Create, View, Edit, Resend login details, Withdraw, Archive |
| Programmes | View only |
| Users | View own record and users within hierarchy |
Restricted Access (User / Tutor Role)
⚠️ Tutors cannot access the following:
- Workflow
- Custom Pages
- Templates
- Settings
- Create or import Programmes
- Import or create Users
- Edit other user accounts
Tips & Notes
- Email addresses cannot be changed once a user has been created.
- Only Admin users can delete accounts.
- Using the Import function ensures data remains linked between Enrol Onboarding and other Onefile products.
- The Organisation Name field will appear for users linked to multiple Eportfolio centres.
