Overview
Admin users can import Employer records directly from Enrol into Enrol Onboarding. This reduces manual data entry and ensures Employer information remains consistent across systems.

This feature can be used by the following user role:

Steps
How to Import Employer Records from Enrol
- Click Employers from the left-hand menu.
- Click Import Employers.
- Select Enrolment from the drop‑down list.
- Select the organisation type the employers will be imported as.
If the employer is a Branch, you will need to select the appropriate Registered Office. - Click Import Employers.
✔️ Tip: Use Merge Selected to combine multiple employer records from Enrol into a single employer record in Onboarding.
Tips & Notes
- Only Admin users can import employer records.
- Imported employers become immediately available for linking to learners.
- Ensure employer data in Enrol is accurate before importing.
- Merging employers should be used when duplicates exist across systems.
