Overview
Archiving a user removes their account from active use while keeping their record available for reference. This is useful when a user no longer requires access to Enrol Onboarding but their details should be retained. Archived users can no longer log in or be assigned tasks.

Steps
How to Archive a User
- Click Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the three dots next to the user account you wish to archive.
- Select Archive.
- Click Archive User on the confirmation pop‑up.
Tips & Notes
- Archived users are removed from active user lists but remain stored for record‑keeping.
- Archived users cannot access the system or be assigned to learners.
- If a user was archived in error, you may need to recreate or reactivate the account based on your Centre’s process.
