Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

Archive a user account within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Archiving a user removes their account from active use while keeping their record available for reference. This is useful when a user no longer requires access to Enrol Onboarding but their details should be retained. Archived users can no longer log in or be assigned tasks.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Admin

Steps

How to Archive a User

  1. Click Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the user account you wish to archive.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. Click Archive User on the confirmation pop‑up.

Tips & Notes

  • Archived users are removed from active user lists but remain stored for record‑keeping.
  • Archived users cannot access the system or be assigned to learners.
  • If a user was archived in error, you may need to recreate or reactivate the account based on your Centre’s process.
