Upcoming System Update: Enrol and RPL

On 16th January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol and RPL.

Report on active learners (Per-seat usage)

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

You can report on your active learner accounts by following the steps below:

  1. Click Reports on the left navigation bar
  2. Click Per Seat Usage Breakdown
  3. Click Submit
  4. Under the month you want to report on click the number
  5. Click Submit
This will then show you a list of all active learners.
