Reporting on Last Logged-in Times

Overview

The Last Logged‑in Times report allows Centres to track when users last accessed Onefile Eportfolio. This is useful for monitoring engagement, identifying inactive users, and supporting compliance and quality assurance processes.

User Roles

This report can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Centre Monitor
  • User Manager
  • Assessor
  • IQA
  • Lead IQA
  • Trainee Assessor

Steps

How to Run the Last Logged‑in Times Report

  1. Click Reports from the left‑hand navigation menu.
  2. Select Logged‑in Times from the report list.
  3. Select the From Date you wish to run the report from.
  4. Select the To Date you wish the report to run up to.
  5. Select the User Group you want to report on (e.g., Assessors, Learners, IQAs).
  6. Click Submit to run the report.

Tips & Notes

  • This report will only display accurate login times if the user logs out correctly using the Log out button.
  • Closing the browser or timing out does not update the final logged‑in timestamp.
  • Use the date range to focus on specific periods such as audit windows or activity reviews.
