User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor with the correct permissions
- IQA with the correct permissions
- Lead IQA with the correct permissions
- Trainee Assessor with correct permissions
- Centre Monitor
- User Manager
Permissions
Can access Learner database reports
To use the Learner Database reports where you can select fields you'd like to report on, follow the steps below.
- Click Reports
- Scroll down to Learner Database reports
- Click Learner View or Learner Standards View
- Click Select Columns
- Select fields you'd like included
- Click Add
- Click Set
- Click Apply filters
