The Learning Journal report provides detailed insights into learner activity, including time spent, approval status, and feedback. This guide explains how to access and use the report effectively.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Centre Monitor
- Assessor and Trainee
- Lead IQA
- IQA
- EQA
- Observer
- Employers
Steps to Access the Learning Journal Report
- Navigate to Reports
- On the left-hand side menu, click Reports.
- Locate Learner Reports
- Under the Reports section, find and select Learner Reports.
- Open Learning Journal
- Click on Learning Journal to view the report.
- Apply filters
- Apply available filters to drill down into specific data sets
Data Included in the Report
The Learning Journal report contains the following fields:
- ULN (Unique Learner Number)
- Learner Name
- Default Assessor
- Main Learning Aim
- Journal Title
- Category
- Start Date/Time
- End Date/Time
- Total Time
- Total OTJ Time (Off-the-Job)
- Approval Status
- Feedback
- Criteria
Exporting the Report
- The Learning Journal report can be exported to a spreadsheet for further analysis or record-keeping.
