How to set a Reminder Task for OTJ Activity (Active Learning)

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Managers

To enable Reminder Task for OTJ Activity, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Centre
  2. Click Centre Settings
  3. Scroll down to Miscellaneous, and subheading Timesheets
  4. Tick Send Learner an OTJ Reminder Task and Email after
  5. Add number of days

An email will not be sent: 

  • If the learner has disabled email alerts 
  • To archived learners  
  • To learners who are on a Break in Learning 
  • If it is before the learner’s start date 
  • It is after the learner’s anticipated completion date
  • If the email address is not verified

More Information

If OTJ has been logged with a date after the task was created, a modal dialog will be shown giving the learner the option to mark the task as complete. Otherwise, the task can be completed by clicking the Hidden button.
