Overview
Dashboard Charts help Centre Managers control which visual reports appear for each user role when they log into Onefile. These charts provide quick access to key metrics and can be minimised or expanded depending on user preference.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Centre Manager
Steps to Customise Dashboard Charts
- Click Centre in the navigation menu.
- Click Dashboards.
- Select (tick) the charts you want to display for each user role.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, users can click into the charts to view the report or data behind each chart.
User View Options
If a user does not want to see the Dashboard Charts section, they can minimise it by clicking the down chevron at the top of the panel.
Limitations
- You cannot create custom charts.
- Additional reporting options are available within the main Reporting Suite.
