RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

OneFile has an open API that can be used to build your own integrations with our software.

Data Exports

We also have a data export facility, which provides access to key data sets. The data sets are a collection of CSV files updated daily and can be accessed via an FTP Client (E.g. FileZilla), over FTPS.
