Submit a ticket Log in

Change learner back to In Learning

If you accidently change a learner to Withdrawn or Break in Learning, you can change the status back to in Learning.

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin
  • Financial Admin
  • Assessor

To bring a learner back into learning after changing to the incorrect status follow the steps below.

  1. Click Learners
  2. Click on Learner
  3. Click Learning Delivery
  4. Click Edit details under Learning aims
  5. Click Completion Status
  6. Change Status to In Learning
  7. Repeat these steps for each Learning Aim

Your learner will now appear In learning.
