User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Provider Admin
- Financial Admin
- Assessor
To change a learner status to Withdrawn, follow the steps below.
- Click Learners
- Click on Learner
- Click Learning Delivery
- Next to Current programme, click Context menu
- Click Withdraw
- Add Reason, End date and Outcome
- Click Confirm
Your learner will now show as Withdrawn.
