Change Learner status to withdrawn

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin
  • Financial Admin
  • Assessor

To change a learner status to Withdrawn, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Learners
  2. Click on Learner
  3. Click Learning Delivery
  4. Next to Current programme, click Context menu
  5. Click Withdraw
  6.  Add Reason, End date and Outcome
  7. Click Confirm

Your learner will now show as Withdrawn.
