Creating a new Programme Aim following Learner withdrawal or break in learning

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin
  • Financial Admin
  • Assessor
  1. Click Learners
  2. Click Learners Name
  3. Click Learning Delivery 
  4. Click Active Programme
  5. Click Start
  6. Click Continue
  7. Add Programme and Learning aim information
  8. Click Create 

Idle Programme:

Idle programmes will only be available when a learner status is set to withdrawn or break in learning and will still appear in your monthly ESFA report along with your learners active programme.
