User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Provider Admin
- Financial Admin
- Assessor
- Click Learners
- Click on Learner
- Click Learning Delivery
- Under Learning Aims click Edit details
- Click Completion status
- Under Select Status choose Completed - The learner has completed all learning activities leading to the learning aim
- Add Actual end date
- Add Outcome and Grade
Repeat for each Learning aim which the learner.
Your learner will now show as awaiting EPA.
