This report has a new option from Wednesday 18 November 2026 (see What's Changed below).
Overview
The Assessments by User report lists assessments grouped by the user responsible for them, so you can see outstanding and completed work per user.
What's Changed?
From Wednesday 18 November 2026, the report has a new Include future planned assessments option. It's ticked by default, so the report shows the same results as before. Untick it to leave out assessments planned for a future date, which can otherwise make pending signature counts look higher than they are.
Steps to Run the Report
- Open the Assessments by User report from your reports area.
- Set your filters, including whether to tick or untick Include future planned assessments.
- Run the report.
Tips & Notes
- Leave Include future planned assessments ticked to match the report's previous behaviour; untick it for a view of current, non-future work only.
