Overview
Onefile Eportfolio now includes dedicated support for Apprenticeship Units. Centres delivering Apprenticeship Units can record and manage delivery hours without any Off-the-Job (OTJ) terminology being displayed.
Note: These changes only apply when an Apprenticeship Unit Learning Aim has been added to the learner or template.
Key Changes
Delivery Hours
For learners assigned to an Apprenticeship Unit, the system now displays:
- Planned Hours
- Duration
- Contractual Hours per Week
- Actual Hours
- % of Planned Hours
- Minimum Hours
These values are visible on the Episode and Timesheet pages without any OTJ terminology.
Framework Templates
When an Apprenticeship Unit is added to a Framework Template, the Off-the-Job panel is replaced with Apprenticeship Unit fields, including the new Minimum Hours field.
Delivery Plans
Delivery Plans no longer display OTJ fields for Apprenticeship Unit learners.
Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
A new App Units Hrs Summary field is available for inclusion within ILPs.
Learning Journal
The Off-the-Job checkbox and related fields are hidden on Learning Journal and Timesheet entries for Apprenticeship Unit learners.

The terminology used in this article may differ depending on your Centre's configuration.
