We've introduced a Resources Requiring Signature report to give you clear, auditable visibility into when mandatory resources are signed by users.
With this update, Centre Managers can now easily access and export this data directly.
The report is available in the Centre Reports section and provides key information, including the user's name, group, resource description, and the date and time the resource was signed. For enterprise users, the centre name is also included.

This article covers how to access and use the Resources Requiring Signature report in Centre Reports. It explains the available filters, what data is returned, and how to export results for compliance or audit purposes.
Permissions
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager — Full access to view, filter, and export the report.
- Enterprise Admin — Full access across all centres, including the Centre Name column.
Steps
- Navigate to Centre Reports — From the main navigation, go to Reports and find Centre Reports.
- Open the report — Locate and click on Resources Requiring Signature in the report list.
- Apply your filters — Use the available filters to narrow results by group, resource, date range, and more.
- Run the report — Click Generate Report to load results. The report displays each user's name, group, resource description, and the date and time the resource was signed.
- Export the data — Click Export and choose your preferred format (CSV or PDF).
Available Filters
You can filter the report using the following options:
- Resource — Filter by a specific mandatory resource.
- Date Range — Narrow results to a specific signing date range.
- User Group — Filter by a specific group or all groups.
- Include Suspended Users — Optionally include suspended users.
Tips & Notes
- For the most complete compliance or audit view, enable Include Suspended Users.
- Enterprise users will see an additional Centre Name column, making it easy to compare data across multiple centres.
- The date and time of signature is recorded in the timezone configured for your Centre. Check your Centre settings if timestamps appear incorrect.
Terminology
Please note that the terminology used in this article may differ depending on your Centre. For example, Learners may appear as Students or Trainees, and Centre Manager may appear as Administrator.
