Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

View Template history

Overview

Admin users can view Template History to review all communications sent using Interaction Templates. This is useful for reporting, auditing, and tracking communication activity within your Centre.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following role:

  • Admin

Steps

How to View Template History

  1. Click Templates from the main menu.
  2. Click History.
  3. You will now see a full list of all templates sent.

Tips & Notes

  • Template History is useful for maintaining audit trails.
  • Helps monitor what communication has been sent and to whom.
  • Only Admin users can access the Template History page.
