Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Create Enrol Onboarding Interaction Templates

Overview

Interaction Templates allow Admin users to create reusable email and text message templates. These templates help ensure consistent communication across your Centre and save time when sending frequent or repeated messages.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following role:

  • Admin

Only Admin users can create Interaction Templates. Other roles may be able to use templates, depending on Centre permissions.

Steps

How to Create an Interaction Template

  1. Click Templates from the main menu.
  2. Select Templates to view all existing Interaction Templates.
  3. Click Create Template to begin creating a new template.
  4. Select the User Role this interaction will apply to.
  5. Choose the Template Type:
    • Email – for email communications
    • Text – for SMS communications
  6. Click Create Template again to open the template editor.
  7. Create your message using clear, consistent wording.
  8. Click Save when finished.

Tips & Notes

  • Best practice: Keep language simple and reusable so the template works across multiple situations.
  • Review templates regularly to ensure they remain current and accurate.
  • Only Admin users can create or edit templates.
