Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Set Template Occurrences within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Admin users can set scheduled occurrences for Interaction Templates. Scheduling allows messages to be automatically sent at a frequency you choose, helping to streamline regular communication across your Centre.

Steps

How to Set Template Occurrences

  1. Click Templates from the main menu.
  2. Click Templates to view the list of all Interaction Templates.
  3. Click the three dots next to the template you want to schedule.
  4. Select Activate Template.
  5. Set the occurrence frequency you require.
  6. Click Activate Template again to enable the schedule.

Tips & Notes

  • Only templates that have been created and saved can be scheduled.
  • Ensure your chosen timing does not overlap with other automated communications.
  • A template must remain active for scheduled sends to run successfully.
