Overview
Admin users can set scheduled occurrences for Interaction Templates. Scheduling allows messages to be automatically sent at a frequency you choose, helping to streamline regular communication across your Centre.

Steps
How to Set Template Occurrences
- Click Templates from the main menu.
- Click Templates to view the list of all Interaction Templates.
- Click the three dots next to the template you want to schedule.
- Select Activate Template.
- Set the occurrence frequency you require.
- Click Activate Template again to enable the schedule.
Tips & Notes
- Only templates that have been created and saved can be scheduled.
- Ensure your chosen timing does not overlap with other automated communications.
- A template must remain active for scheduled sends to run successfully.
