Overview
This article explains how Centre Managers can enable the Onboarding Communications feature within Onefile Eportfolio. Enabling this integration allows your Centre to send email and text communications directly through the platform.

Steps
How to Enable Templates
- Click Centre from the main menu.
- Select Integrations.
- Click Go to integrations to open the integrations dashboard.
- Click Enable integration to activate the Communications integration.
- Click Configure to manage communication settings.
- Tick the communication types you want to enable (Email and/or Text).
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Tips & Notes
- If you cannot see this integration, speak with your Onefile Account Manager.
- Only enable the communication types your Centre intends to use.
- Configuration changes apply immediately after saving.
- SMS messages are chargeable — please discuss pricing with your Account Manager.
