Archive a learner within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Learners can be archived within Enrol Onboarding when they should no longer continue their onboarding journey but their record needs to be retained. Archiving removes the learner from active lists without deleting their information.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admin
  • User

Steps

How to Archive a Learner

  1. Click Learners from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the learner you want to archive.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. Click Archive Learner on the confirmation pop‑up.

Tips & Notes

  • Archived learners are removed from the active onboarding list but their record remains available if needed for reference.
  • If you accidentally archive a learner, you may need to recreate or restore the learner depending on your Centre’s process.
  • Archiving may be more appropriate than deleting if the learner’s onboarding data needs to be retained.
