Overview
Employers can be deleted from Enrol Onboarding when they are no longer required. Deleting an employer permanently removes the record, provided that no learners or contacts are currently linked to it.

This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
- User
Steps
How to Delete an Employer Record
- Click Employers from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the three dots next to the employer you wish to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Click Delete Employer on the confirmation pop-up.
✔️ Tip: Deleting is only available if the employer has no learners or contacts linked to them.
Tips & Notes
- Once deleted, the employer record cannot be restored.
- If the Delete option does not appear, ensure all linked learners and contacts have been removed or reassigned.
- Consider archiving instead of deleting if you may need the record again in the future.
