Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

Archive an Employer within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Employers can be archived within Enrol Onboarding when they are no longer active or should no longer be linked to learners. Archiving removes the organisation from selection lists while keeping a record available for reference.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admin
  • User

Steps

How to Archive an Employer

  1. Click Employers from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the employer you want to archive.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. Click Archive Employer on the confirmation pop-up.

✔️ Tip: Archived Employers cannot be newly linked to learners.

Tips & Notes

  • Archiving does not delete the employer record — it simply removes it from active use.
  • Learners already linked to the archived employer will not be affected.
  • Only active employers can be linked to new learner onboarding workflows.
