Overview
The Enrol Onboarding Module can include steps and forms that are built using data from other Onefile applications and optional integrated systems. This ensures that learners complete all required onboarding activities using accurate, centralised information.
Modules
1. Enrol
Forms used during the onboarding journey are created and managed within the Enrol Module. These forms allow administrators to capture essential learner information such as:
- Personal details
- Declarations
- Compliance requirements
These form steps can be added to the onboarding workflow to ensure key information is collected before the learner progresses.
2. RPL (Optional)
Where required, the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) module can be included as part of the onboarding process. This may involve:
- Additional RPL‑related forms
- Evidence upload steps
- Review or approval stages
Organisations can configure how RPL fits into their onboarding structure depending on internal requirements.
3. Third‑Party Integrations (Optional)
Some Centres may incorporate additional learning or diagnostic systems into the onboarding workflow. Supported integrations include:
- BKSB
- Cognassist
- LRS (Learning Records Service)
- Century
These integrations allow learners to complete initial assessments or diagnostic tasks as part of the onboarding journey where required.
Tips & Notes
- Only modules purchased and enabled for your Centre will be available for onboarding configuration.
- Admin users control which modules appear within the onboarding workflow.
- Integrations may require setup or activation before they can be included.
