Overview
The VLE Course Report provides insight into your learners’ progress on their assigned VLE courses. It allows you to monitor engagement, completion, and performance across multiple learning activities.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Centre Monitor
- Lead IQA
- IQA
- Assessor and Trainee
Steps to Access the Report
- Click Reports in the left-hand menu.
- Navigate to Learner Reports.
- Click VLE Course.
- Select your desired filters.
- Click Apply Filters.
Data Included in the Report
- Centre
- Learner Name
- ULN
- Assessor Name
- Class
- Main Learning Aim
- Course Title
- Assigned Date
- Date Started
- Date Finished
- Activities Passed
- Progress
✅ Tip: Once you have applied your filters and the data is displayed, click Export to Spreadsheet to download the report as an excel file for further analysis.
