Upcoming Software Update: EPortfolio

On Thursday, 2nd July 2026, we’ll be introducing new enhancements to EPortfolio.

Enable Pronouns

Overview

Pronouns can be enabled in Onefile Eportfolio, allowing users to add and display their preferred pronouns within their profile. Once enabled, all users will be able to update this information themselves.

User Roles

This feature can be managed by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

Centre Setting

  • Allow users to set their preferred pronouns

Steps

How to Enable Pronouns

  1. Click Centre from the navigation bar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Locate the option Allow users to set their preferred pronouns.
  4. Tick to enable the setting.
  5. Click Save.

Once enabled, all users will be able to set their own pronouns within their profile. More information on updating personal profile details can be found here.

Tips & Notes

  • Only Centre Managers can enable or disable the Pronouns setting.
  • Pronouns will appear in the user’s profile once added.
  • If users cannot see the Pronouns field, ensure the setting has been enabled and saved.
