Create a Tutor

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Training Provider

To create an Employer, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Users on left navigation bar
  2. Create new user
  3. Add user details
  4. Click Tutor under assign Role
  5. Click Close
  6. Click Courses on left navigation bar
  7. Create a Course or click Edit next to an existing Course
  8. Assign tutor(s)
  9. Click Update Course
  10. Navigate to learner or create new learner
  11. Add Employer and Sector details if not already added
  12. Click Assign Tutor

The tutor will only be able to see Learners who they are assigned to.

If you're unable to see a tutor on the  on the assign tutor list, you'll need to assign the tutor to the course.
